No more trips to the bakery. Bake delicious bread at home easily and quickly

Everybody hates quarantine and these days we all had a chance to experience what quarantine really is. Your are stuck in your house or elsewhere, you cannot leave you house to avoid getting infected or to prevent virus spread… But we all need to go to shops to get food. Basic foods like bread, pastries, milk. We go through these foods rather quickly. You cannot really stack up on bread and pastries because they go stale quickly, or become “rubbery”. Mould also attacks breads quickly. So, why don’t you try baking your own bread at home.

Forget yeast

There are many recipes on the Internet and elsewhere for homemade bread, but all of them require yeast. Many of us are reluctant to try these recipes because you have to follow certain steps carefully. In addition, many of us do not have regular or dried yeast readily available at home and not all stores carry it. But the good news is that you can bake an excellent bread even without this traditional and often indispensable ingredient. How? We shall tell you in the following lines.

Simple procedure

First you mix the loose ingredients together, i.e. flour, salt and baking powder.Make sure there are not any lumps in the mixture. Now, mix the water and the oil. When done, mix the two mixtures together thoroughly to make a dough. You can add cumin and other nuts or seeds too. Now, pour the dough into a bread mould. If you have a baking paper, use it. Bake it at 190 degrees Celsius for about 50 minutes. Do not open the oven during the baking. If the bread cracks on the surface do not worry. Cracks are common and they do not affect the taste at all. Your bread will taste great!
