How to grow Aroid palm to secure wealth and happiness
Zamioculcas zamiifolia, commonly called the ZZ plant or Aroid palm, is said to bring happiness and wealth to your home… It comes from the rainforests of Africa and belongs to the Araceae family.
Zamioculcas is valued for its beautiful leaves but also for a strong drought resistance. It belongs to the succulent plants category, which are able to retain moisture thanks to specially designed cells. If grown at home it can reach a height of 1 mg. Zamioculcas grows round dark green shiny leaves arranged in pairs which resemble a large feather. A very vital part is its tuberous root, which accumulates moisture necessary for growth and development during dry and hot season.
How to grow Zamioculcas
Growing Zamioculas is not difficult at all. It only requires moderate watering, a warm location without significant temperature fluctuations, preferably high humidity and sufficient lighting. Because Zamioculcas is a succulent, you do not need to water much. Only water when the top layer of soil dries out to a depth of several centimetres. Excessive moisture leads to root rot and leaf yellowing which, according to the legend, predicts a financial instability. So, if you want to attract wealth, you need to water properly…
