Growing from seeds

Growing from seeds is the cheapest option but the easiest way is to grow from cuttings or better yet, you can by an adult plant, but these options are not always available. You can get seeds from many online stores. Before sowing, soak seeds in lukewarm water for 24 hours. Indian gooseberry likes light soil with sand and loam but most importantly it needs a permeable soil. It does not have to be too rich. The plant tolerates dry periods much better than overwatering.
